PARENTING TIP OF THE DAY
Here is my tip of the day to help kids get the right shoe on the right foot.
Draw a shape on the instep of the shoe. This way kids can line up the shape when they get the shoes on.
We chose a heart for Hannah and she loves that she can line up the shape so she can independently get dressed.

This is a great idea. It also helps the child to identify their shoes. When my son was in JK his friend had a pair of shoes exactly the same. One day my son came home wearing the left shoe of his pair and the left shoe of his friends. If I had used this tip we would not have had the shoe swapping experience :)
